Regulatory Affairs Specialist

About the role

O!Save is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to act as the primary liaison with the FDA, LTO, and DTI. You will ensure that our private‑label and exclusive‑brand food products meet all local regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact with the FDA, LTO, and DTI.
• Apply for, renew, and manage licenses, permits, and certifications for food products.
• Monitor legislative updates and guarantee ongoing product compliance.
• Support Category Teams by preparing documentation, verifying compliance, and addressing quality‑assurance needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Licensed Pharmacist or professional license in a related discipline (Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably with FDA compliance or food product registration.
• Strong organizational, project‑management, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
