Production Sub Leader - Laguna

About the role

We are looking for a Production Sub Leader to supervise a team of operators on our assembly line in Biñan, Laguna. You will ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise more than 20 production operators to achieve daily output goals.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues to keep the line efficient.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality requirements.
• Prepare and submit production reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with other departments to support material and equipment needs.
• Train and mentor team members, fostering skill development.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives within the production group.

Required profile

• College graduate with at least 1 year of experience as a Sub‑Leader in a Japanese manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage a team of 20+ operators.
• Flexible and willing to take on additional tasks within the production area.
• Available to start immediately.
