Paid Ads Specialist

About the role

Flat Planet is looking for a proactive, commercially minded Growth Marketing Specialist to own and drive the paid acquisition strategy across the company. The role generates high-quality leads and revenue by planning, running and continuously optimising paid digital campaigns. It sits in Makati with a day shift (6am-3pm) and a hybrid setup: full onsite for the first month, then 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the paid growth strategy across the company.
• Plan, launch, manage and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor performance, budgets, bidding and targeting to maximise ROAS, reduce CPA and improve lead quality.
• Test and implement new growth opportunities across audiences, creatives, offers, campaign structures, landing pages and emerging platforms.
• Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages and conversion funnels.
• Optimise customer acquisition funnels and landing pages to raise conversion rates.
• Maintain conversion tracking with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API and other tools.
• Provide regular reports, insights and recommendations, and build remarketing and first-party audience campaigns.
• Work with sales, creative, content and web teams to deliver high-quality leads and effective campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
• Experience scaling advertising budgets while keeping profitable ROAS and CPA targets.
• Strong understanding of paid media strategy, targeting, attribution and conversion tracking.
• Analytical, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns; LinkedIn Ads highly regarded.
• Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite and Meta Pixel.
• CRO, A/B testing and landing page optimisation.
• Preferred: CRM and marketing automation, SEO knowledge, Looker Studio, Meta Conversion API, Google Enhanced Conversions, and Blueprint certifications.
