Marketing Automation Specialist 2

About the role

The Marketing Automation Specialist 2 is a key role on the Marketing Systems Team, supporting a high-volume demand generation organization and its marketing tech stack. The specialist supports the deployment, management and reporting of marketing programs within Marketo and Salesforce.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage campaign workflows and data flows.
• Prepare and import lists into the Marketing Automation Platform without errors.
• Build and program webinars in Marketo and RingCentral Webinar.
• Test emails, pages and data as needed and on time.
• Prepare emails and campaigns as needed and on time.
• Report on campaign results: registrations, attendance, clicks and visits.
• Investigate and make data changes and corrections.
• Manage a personal task list to launch campaigns on time and according to specifications.
• Assist Marketing Systems and Automation teams and marketers with data analysis, investigations and system maintenance.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience with Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot or similar tools such as ExactTarget and ConstantContact.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering-related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Understanding of database concepts.
• Email marketing campaign experience or program development.
• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, list management) and strong MS Office use.
• Preferred: daily Marketo use for at least 6 months, Marketo Certified Expert, familiarity with databases such as Hadoop, MongoDB, MySQL, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
