Management Accountant – Finance (Taguig, Manila)

About the role

We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our finance team in Taguig City, supporting North America financial reporting and smaller finance activities for our European entities. The role involves month‑end reporting, business partnering and driving continuous improvement across financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial results for North America and support finance activities for Portugal and Germany.
• Ensure revenue accounting complies with standards and is timely.
• Reconcile cost reporting, accruals and pre‑payments, and investigate variances.
• Prepare journal entries, balance‑sheet reconciliations and maintain the fixed‑asset register.
• Calculate provisions such as bad‑debt and accrued income.
• Document processes, assist with year‑end audit and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives and develop global financial policies.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) highly desirable.
• Degree‑level education.
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualified experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS 15 and global financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
