Learning and Leadership Specialist

About the role

The Learning and Leadership Specialist will support the administration of QBE's Learning Management System (LMS) and oversee Academy Operations throughout the program lifecycle. This full‑time employee role ensures compliance, data privacy, and high‑quality service for global learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day LMS operations, act as the primary contact for technical queries, and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure adherence to company policies, legislation, and global HR change control requirements.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams, training committees, and third‑party vendors to configure and launch online trainings accurately.
• Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports, providing data analysis to Academy stakeholders.
• Support leadership academy systems such as Cornerstone, POL, Qualtrics, and Workday HRIS.
• Ensure security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance of all learning content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in learning operations or HR support.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience using LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, POL, and Qualtrics.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
• Ability to create standard and ad‑hoc reports related to learning programs.
