About the role
The Key Account Manager will own and grow bolttech’s largest Philippine accounts, developing strategic plans aligned with each client’s mission. You will act as the primary liaison between CXO‑level stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring strong governance and long‑term partnership.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key accounts and partners to retain and expand business.
- Map organisational structures and manage relationships from CXO to executive levels.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts that align with bolttech’s strategy.
- Ensure timely delivery of appropriate products, propositions and services.
- Serve as the communication bridge between customers and internal teams, resolving issues and handling complaints.
- Generate new sales, prepare regular progress and forecast reports using key account metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve profitable growth.
- Monitor market trends, account performance and compliance with financial regulations.
