Japanese Speaking Web Application Developer

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Japanese‑speaking IT professional to join our web and application development team. The position works in a hybrid setting and collaborates with clients and internal teams in an Agile environment, handling both technical development and translation‑related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project updates and discuss issues with clients and internal team leads.
• Review functional documents, translated materials, and project deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Support process improvements for technical documentation and translation workflows.
• Develop and maintain web or enterprise applications.
• Work with cloud‑based or on‑premise platforms.

Required profile

• Japanese proficiency preferred: native level or JLPT N1/N2 (JLPT N3/N4/N5 acceptable with strong technical experience).
• At least 3 years of experience in web or application development.
• Experience working with Japanese clients or multinational teams is an advantage.
