IT Enterprise Architect

About the role

The Senior Staff Enterprise Applications Developer (IT Enterprise Architect) is a senior leadership position within Dexcom’s Enterprise Architecture department. You will collaborate with a global EA team to define architectural direction for enterprise applications and technologies, with a focus on the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain current and future-state architectural blueprints and roadmaps aligned with Dexcom’s IT strategy.
• Create solution patterns and technology standards for key IT capabilities and guide delivery teams in implementation.
• Drive the evolution of application and technical domain models across a matrix organization of domain owners and architects.
• Represent APAC IT interests, ensuring large‑scale solutions meet business needs, adhere to enterprise standards, and are future‑proofed.
• Pilot generative‑AI technologies, expand their use within Dexcom, and establish governance controls.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to reduce risk and align solutions with future business capabilities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with global and regional teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on aligning IT solutions to business objectives.
• Experience influencing and guiding APAC‑based IT initiatives.
