SAP Assistant Manager – BTP

About the role

We are seeking a motivated SAP Assistant Manager with deep expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to lead implementation and enhancement projects. The role combines functional knowledge of SuccessFactors Succession and Development modules with strong technical delivery on ABAP Cloud and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver assigned work in coordination with functional stakeholders during build and testing phases.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, solution engineers, and experts to resolve issues and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Estimate, design, build, and test RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Manage offshore delivery to meet schedule, scope, and quality standards.
• Interpret high‑level designs and functional specifications into detailed technical specifications.
• Mentor junior team members and provide coaching.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with senior management, clients, and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversions, and custom code remediation.
• Clean Core mindset with a focus on maintaining a stable core system.

• IDOC, Adobe Forms/Fragmented Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, ATC
• S/4HANA WRICEF implementation, S/4HANA conversions, custom code remediation
• Deep understanding of BTP architecture, BAS, BTP Cockpit
• Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk), Cloud Foundry
• SAPUI5, HTML5, front‑end web frameworks, Full Stack Web IDE
• Core ABAP RICEFW development
