Information Security Compliance Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Compliance Officer to lead and enhance our global security and compliance initiatives. Based in Taguig City, the role will work on‑site with the possibility of hybrid arrangements after three months.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct security audits, risk assessments and compliance reviews across the organization.
• Maintain adherence to security frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS and GDPR.
• Prepare documentation and evidence for internal and external audits.
• Monitor security incidents, investigate cases and coordinate responses with IT teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve security practices.
• Develop and maintain information security policies and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in information security, security compliance or cybersecurity.
• Hands‑on knowledge of ISO 27001 (required) and familiarity with PCI‑DSS, GDPR or NIST.
• Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISM, CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
