Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor will act as the primary HR contact for remote employees, ensuring compliance, satisfaction and productivity across the organization. Based in Pasig, you will partner with managers and staff to deliver HR services, resolve issues and support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employment records using HR management systems.
• Communicate HR policies, procedures, legal standards and government regulations to employees.
• Provide HR advice and guidance to both employees and management.
• Investigate employee‑relations matters such as harassment, complaints or other concerns and recommend actions.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Promote and implement HR programs, site events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Administer site benefit programs and ensure proper enrollment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a call‑center or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment and labor law.
• Proven ability to coach, counsel and handle employee‑relations issues.
• High level of discretion and sound judgment when providing feedback or disciplinary actions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an “expect greater” attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR management platforms.
