Home-Based SEO and Paid Search Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Home‑Based SEO and Paid Search Specialist to join our client services team. The role will support multiple clients by executing search engine optimisation and paid media strategies that drive measurable traffic, leads and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Implement on‑site, technical and off‑site SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimisation, metadata, internal linking and schema.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, resolve crawl errors, improve Core Web Vitals and manage local SEO through Google Business Profile.
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog, and produce regular reports.
• Build, manage and optimise paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, performing keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing and bid adjustments.
• Set up conversion tracking, ensure accurate attribution with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, and report on key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS).

Required profile

• Analytical and data‑driven with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of juggling multiple client accounts and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and committed to continuous learning in digital marketing trends.
