Manager, Source-to-Contract, APAC

About the role

The Manager, Source-to-Contract will lead the Regional Service Delivery organization to deliver procurement results aligned with Johnson & Johnson’s global strategy, focusing on the Marketing category. You will partner with business, sector and category teams to execute sourcing and contracting initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of contributors and supervisors, managing performance, workflow, compliance and service level delivery.
• Partner with Category Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and other functions to align sourcing and contracts with strategy, data privacy, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee day‑to‑day Source-to-Contract operations, including sourcing events, price negotiations, contract drafting, execution and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate across departments to develop strategies that improve profitability and competitive position using market intelligence, risk assessments and total cost projections.
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, efficiency and digital tool adoption, providing training and coaching.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of procurement, finance or related business experience.
• Proven ability to lead large teams in a complex, matrixed, service‑delivery environment.
• Strategic mindset with disciplined, data‑oriented thinking and learning agility.
