Global FinTech Controller

About the role

The Global FinTech Controller supports Business Partners in day‑to‑day financial control of technology activities, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting and clear variance explanations. The role provides practical financial insight and drives analysis of actuals versus forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Review, challenge and interpret actuals, forecasts, recharge positions and key variances, delivering clear commentary, risk identification and recommended actions.
• Validate finance specialist outputs, ensuring reporting packs, forecast updates, recharge schedules and reconciliations are complete and accurate.
• Lead monthly finance calls for assigned tech areas, coordinate issue resolution with country finance teams, tech stakeholders and BI&A.
• Support process improvement initiatives such as reporting simplification, data‑quality enhancements and automation.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in finance, accounting, FP&A or controlling, preferably in a shared‑service or global finance environment.
• Qualified accountant or equivalent experience.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and organised with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Experience with ERP and reporting tools; Oracle Cloud, OneStream or Power BI is an advantage.
