Head of Finance

About the role

The Head of Finance will act as a strategic partner to the founders, shaping MedGrocer’s financial roadmap, capital allocation and investment strategy to support its digital health impact across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Steer multi‑year financial strategy, including capital allocation, investment analysis and fundraising support.
• Transform financial data into predictive insights that drive enterprise‑wide decisions and profitability.
• Design and implement sophisticated internal controls and automated financial systems for hyper‑growth.
• Lead negotiations with financial institutions, investors and key stakeholders to optimise the capital structure.
• Govern tax strategy and regulatory compliance at national and local levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• 6‑12 years of finance experience with significant strategic leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial ecosystems and drive fiscal innovation.
