Treasury Assistant

About the role

The Treasury Assistant supports the Treasury Department in managing cash, bank reconciliations and other treasury‑related activities. The role ensures accurate financial records and helps coordinate with internal teams and banks for efficient cash management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with cash management, bank reconciliation and monitoring of bank accounts and cash flows.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of cash, cash equivalents and treasury transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and banks to resolve reconciliation items and gather financial information.
• Support treasury reporting, financial analysis and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Help maintain banking relationships and implement treasury processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a business‑related field; accountancy graduates preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience in banking, treasury or a related financial function (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive, adaptable, ethical and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
