Finance Director

About the role

MedGrocer is seeking a Finance Director (CPA) to act as a strategic business partner to the founders, steering the company’s financial roadmap and capital allocation. The role focuses on predictive modeling, investment strategy, and ensuring long‑term fiscal health to expand the company’s healthcare impact.

Key responsibilities

• Steer multi‑year financial strategy, including capital allocation, investment analysis, and fundraising support.
• Transform financial data into predictive insights that drive enterprise‑wide decisions and profitability.
• Design and implement sophisticated internal controls and automated financial systems to support hyper‑growth.
• Lead high‑level negotiations with financial institutions, investors, and key stakeholders to optimize capital structure.
• Govern tax strategy and regulatory compliance at national and local levels to mitigate risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• 6‑12 years of finance experience with significant strategic leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial ecosystems and drive fiscal innovation.
• On‑site work in Makati City.
