About the role

Fresha is seeking a French‑speaking Partner Onboarding Specialist to join its Professional Services team in Manila. You will be the primary point of contact for new partners, guiding them through the onboarding journey and ensuring a smooth migration to the Fresha ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate the onboarding process, set expectations, and manage project timelines.
• Train and support partners on the Fresha platform to drive adoption.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks and ensure data accuracy during migration.
• Track task progression, record correspondence, and meet an average onboarding lead time of 7 business days.
• Identify and mitigate risks, handle objections, and document partner requirements.
• Research competitor solutions, document processes, and suggest continuous improvements.
• Deliver product training and ensure a seamless handover to account management.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
