About the role

A leading provider of Amazon growth services is looking for a Fractional Marketing Lead (Consultant) to work directly with its owner and support high-impact projects. The company already has paid ads, SEO, cold email, social and other channels in motion, and needs a strategist who can connect them into one cohesive growth plan. The position is fully remote and based in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the overarching marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals.
• Connect paid ads, SEO, cold email, social and other channels into a single plan.
• Identify gaps, opportunities and underperforming channels across the marketing mix.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, data and available resources.
• Align messaging, positioning and campaigns across channels for a consistent brand experience.
• Set clear KPIs and reporting to measure what works and what needs to change.
• Collaborate with existing teams and specialists to turn strategy into execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing strategy and driving measurable business growth.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including paid acquisition, SEO, email and social.
• Ability to connect channels into a unified customer journey and growth plan.
• Data-driven mindset, strategic thinking and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
