Food and Beverages Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Food and Beverages Supervisor to lead daily operations of our store. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring service quality, and maintaining inventory control while delivering excellent customer experiences. This position requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays. The supervisor will coordinate with management to align daily activities with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and procedural guidelines.
• Track inventory levels, sales data, and operational reports to support decision‑making.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist management in achieving operational targets and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of store operations, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
