Operations Manager

About the role

MCW Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multi‑unit restaurant operations across its portfolio of brands. You will drive performance, develop leaders, and safeguard brand standards while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple restaurant locations across one or more MCW brands.
• Ensure strong operational execution in sales, consistent service, and compliance with SOPs.
• Review P&L performance, labor %, food cost %, and drive profitability.
• Develop and mentor Area Managers and Restaurant Managers; enforce accountability through discipline, training, and succession planning.
• Build and enforce a premium service culture focused on hospitality, discipline, and upselling.
• Translate brand identity into operations for casual dining, café, and upscale service concepts.
• Support store openings, renovations, and rebranding projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commissary, Procurement, and Finance to align strategies.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years in multi‑unit restaurant management, preferably in casual dining, upscale casual, or café/bakery.
• Proven track record managing Area Managers and Store Managers.
• Strong P&L management and business acumen.
• Experience building and implementing SOPs, operations manuals, and training systems.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, discipline, and inspire.
