About the role
As a Restaurant Area Manager you will lead a cluster of restaurant locations, ensuring brand standards, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences are consistently delivered. This role is ideal for a results‑driven operations professional with extensive multi‑store restaurant management experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee operations across multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring operational consistency and strong execution of company standards.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, cost control, and overall business performance for the assigned cluster.
- Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews to maintain excellence and compliance.
- Mentor, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and leadership teams to build a strong succession pipeline.
- Champion guest satisfaction initiatives and elevate customer experience standards across all stores.
- Ensure proper implementation of POS/RMS systems, inventory management, and operational reporting.
- Analyze business performance metrics and implement strategic action plans to improve results.
- Lead manpower planning, talent retention, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, QA, Supply Chain, and other support teams to strengthen operational execution.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ leadership experience in large casual dining groups, restaurant chains, or multi‑brand food service operations.
- Proven success in driving sales, profitability and cost control across high‑volume, multi‑unit restaurants.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making capabilities with experience in operational audits and performance reviews.
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently for store operations and business reviews.
