Events Executive

About the role

The Events Executive acts as the bridge between clients and internal departments to ensure each event runs smoothly. Working closely with the Events Manager, this role supports the creation of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and manages any necessary change memos.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client requirements with all relevant departments for successful event execution.
• Assist the Events Manager in preparing BEOs and issuing change memos.
• Handle function‑room inquiries via phone and email, and send event proposals.
• Maintain and update database profiles for clients and events.
• Conduct site inspections of function rooms and guest rooms.
• Manage small and pop‑up events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operate within preset budget limits.
• Drive departmental efficiency, motivate team members, and uphold confidentiality.
• Model the company’s culture and take on additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in events management.
• Educational background in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management.
• Collaborative, positive attitude with strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
