About the role

We are looking for experienced freight dispatchers who can also recruit and manage Owner‑Operators for U.S.-based trucking companies. The position offers a flexible remote work environment and the chance to handle high‑volume loads.

Key responsibilities

Book loads, communicate with brokers, and manage driver schedules.
Recruit, onboard, and manage Owner‑Operators.
Maintain relationships with drivers and brokers while handling multiple loads simultaneously.

Required profile

Proven experience in freight dispatching and Owner‑Operator recruitment.
Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
Fluent English (spoken and written) and ready to start immediately.
