About the role

We are looking for experienced freight dispatchers who can also recruit and manage Owner‑Operators for a fast‑growing network that moves freight efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Book loads, communicate with brokers and manage driver schedules.
Handle multiple high‑volume loads simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
Build and maintain relationships with drivers, brokers and Owner‑Operators.

Required profile

Proven experience in freight dispatching and Owner‑Operator recruitment.
Fluent English (spoken and written) and ready to start immediately.
Strong customer service and professional communication skills.

Required skills

Proficiency with logistics software.
Experience using ELD systems.
Familiarity with load boards and DOT regulations.
