About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Freight Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The role involves coordinating loads, negotiating rates, and ensuring compliance while maximizing revenue.

Key responsibilities

Plan and coordinate freight loads
Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers
Manage schedules, routes, and driver communication
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations
Problem‑solve quickly to minimize downtime

Required profile

Proven experience as a freight dispatcher (U.S. experience preferred)
Strong negotiation and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent English communication skills
Reliable internet and phone access if working remotely
