Director, International Business Development (Asia Pacific)

About the role

LDZM Zambia seeks a seasoned Director of International Business Development to drive strategic partnerships across the Asia‑Pacific region for transformative projects in real estate, infrastructure, tourism and economic development in Zambia. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with periodic travel and in‑person networking.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen strategic business relationships across the Asia‑Pacific region.
• Identify and cultivate opportunities for international collaboration.
• Facilitate introductions to corporate partners, financial institutions, industry leaders, and other strategic stakeholders.
• Coordinate executive meetings and business engagements.
• Represent the organization at conferences, forums, and high‑level networking events.
• Support the expansion of international partnerships for major development initiatives in Zambia.

Required profile

• Based in Hong Kong or the Greater Bay Area.
• Proven experience in international business development, strategic partnerships, corporate advisory or cross‑border commerce.
• Strong executive‑level communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Established professional network within the Asia‑Pacific business community.
• Self‑motivated, professional and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
