About the role
We are looking for a data‑driven Digital Strategist to lead paid‑media and performance‑marketing campaigns for leading brands. You will work with real‑time data across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and programmatic platforms to maximise ROI and drive measurable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise paid‑media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and programmatic DSPs.
- Develop performance‑marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, set KPIs, budgets and media plans.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboards, monitoring metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversions.
- Identify trends and insights, continuously optimise campaigns for efficiency and scale.
- Conduct market, audience and competitor research and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Create clear reports and dashboards and present results to internal teams and clients.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager).
- Hands‑on experience with TikTok Ads.
- Experience with programmatic/DSP platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) and reporting tools.
