About the role
The Mall Operations team is seeking a Customer Service Assistant (Receptionist) to be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and clients. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, provide accurate information and support daily administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist mall tenants, visitors and clients in a courteous, professional manner.
- Provide accurate directions, mall directory details and information on services.
- Handle inquiries, concerns and complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue passes and coordinate with Security.
- Receive, sort and distribute mail, documents and deliveries.
- Maintain filing systems and tenant correspondence records.
- Collaborate with Security, Housekeeping and Engineering on customer issues.
- Support mall events, promotions and activities.
- Keep the reception area clean, orderly and presentable.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reception or mall operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
