Country Manager – Philippines (Residential Energy Storage)

About the role

We are seeking a Country Manager to lead the expansion of a globally recognised battery energy storage company in the Philippines. The role focuses on building a market‑leading position for residential energy storage solutions, driving revenue growth and establishing strong channel partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Philippines growth strategy for residential energy storage.
• Lead all commercial activities, set sales forecasts and create annual business plans.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity and regulatory developments.
• Build and manage a nationwide network of distributors, dealers, wholesalers and installation partners.
• Recruit new channel partners and design engagement programmes to accelerate growth.
• Drive channel sales to achieve targets and maximise partner performance.
• Develop strategic relationships with key distributors, energy solution providers and installers.
• Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions with major customers.
• Collaborate with regional sales, technical support, product management, marketing, operations and supply‑chain teams.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions and other events.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Country Manager or senior commercial leader in the energy sector.
• Deep understanding of battery energy storage systems (BESS) and the Philippine energy landscape.
• Strong track record in channel sales management and partnership development.
• Ability to create and execute business plans, sales forecasts and market development initiatives.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Filipino languages is a plus.
