Corporate Trainer – Cebu

About the role

RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking a full‑time Trainer based in Cebu to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for its client organisations. You will work on‑site, collaborating closely with HR consultants and client stakeholders to close skill gaps and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customised training curricula, lesson plans, presentations and assessments.
• Facilitate classroom sessions, small‑group workshops and coaching sessions.
• Update training content based on participant feedback and performance data.
• Coordinate training schedules, travel to client sites when needed, and report on outcomes and participant progress.
• Partner with HR teams and client managers to identify learning needs and recommend solutions.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities, able to engage diverse audiences.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training programmes, including lesson‑plan creation and assessment development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Cebu and adapt to client schedules, including possible shift or extended hours.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience as a trainer in the BPO sector is preferred.
