Employee Relations Specialist – Nightshift

About the role

You will be the trusted point of contact for employees who feel unfairly treated or have unresolved issues, and the go‑to advisor for leaders handling sensitive situations. In this night‑shift ER role within a fast‑moving BPO, you will manage the full employee relations lifecycle from policy review to grievance investigation and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update HR policies, track legal changes, and roll out clear guidance to managers and teams.
• Receive, investigate and resolve employee complaints, conduct interviews, analyze findings and document case trails.
• Produce regular reports and trend analysis, deliver training on ER procedures, coach employees, and respond to HR tickets promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or in a comparable HR role within a BPO environment.
• Strong working knowledge of employment law and its practical application.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organization levels.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR ticketing and case management systems.
• Comfort learning and using new HR software tools.
