Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing hires.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent, leveraging agency experience and knowledge of the technical landscape.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure recruitment strategies align with departmental goals and company vision.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and technological advancements to continuously refine recruitment approaches.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey, strengthening the employer brand.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated success in technical recruitment and full‑life‑cycle hiring for various technical roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficient English communication skills.
