Recruiter – Full-time Night-Shift (US Time Zones)

About the role

Tailored Management is seeking a Recruiter to join its international team in Cebu City. Working on a night‑shift aligned with US and Canadian time zones, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Fortune 500 clients, linking top talent with career‑changing opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen diverse candidates through multiple channels while maintaining strong relationships throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct pre‑submission consultations to assess candidate availability, alignment, and referral potential.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews via phone or video to ensure professionalism and confidence.
• Extend and negotiate offers and oversee onboarding requirements.
• Consistently meet and exceed client goals and deadlines for open positions.
• Collaborate with internal client service teams to provide updates, share insights, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

Required profile

• Strong emotional intelligence and critical‑thinking skills when engaging with clients and candidates.
• Excellent communicator comfortable spending up to 75 % of the workday on the phone.
• Adaptable, resilient and able to thrive under pressure with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Self‑managed with a passion for personal growth and team contribution.
