Climate & Sustainability Senior Manager

About the role

Marsh Risk Consulting is expanding its Climate & Sustainability practice in the Philippines. The Senior Manager will lead high‑quality advisory projects, support business development locally, and contribute to regional initiatives across Asia‑Pacific.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, delivering climate risk identification, scenario analysis (physical and transition) and sustainability reporting aligned to ISSB.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and junior consultants on catastrophe risk modelling, adaptation, and resilience projects.
• Develop thought‑leadership and new insurance‑risk products that enable sustainability transitions.
• Build Marsh’s external presence in the Philippines through forums, industry networks and publications.

Required profile

• Degree in business, environmental science, engineering or related field.
• 5‑10 years of experience in catastrophe risk or climate change consulting or in‑house roles.
• Proven track record in building a consulting pipeline and business development, preferably in the Philippines.
• Familiarity with international frameworks such as ISSB, IFRS, GRI, SASB, ISO 14001, GHG Principles, SBTi and TCFD.
