E&S Compliance Engineer

About the role

Moog is seeking an experienced E&S Compliance Engineer to maintain regulatory data, support site compliance, and lead safety and environmental projects at its Baguio City location.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate regulatory data, inspection evidence, compliance calendars, reports, training records and closure documentation.
• Support site compliance with OSH program, chemical safety, process safety, construction safety and emergency response requirements.
• Identify hazards and environmental aspects, evaluate risk, recommend controls, and verify implementation with process owners.
• Prepare, review or support DOLE, PEZA and internal EHS reporting according to assigned authority.
• Lead 6‑8 compliance projects, develop procedures/training materials, and monitor process‑owner compliance.
• Participate in internal/external audits, agency inspections, incident investigations and corrective/preventive action tracking.

Required profile

• BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Safety or related).
• Minimum 7 years progressive EHS compliance, safety engineering, regulatory reporting, risk assessment, auditing or management‑system implementation experience.
• Certification: at least DOLE SO3; OSH Practitioner accreditation preferred.
• Proven experience with Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Tagout) and Industrial Ventilation/Airborne Exposure Controls.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of the Fire Code of the Philippines, National Building Code, NFPA standards and Philippine OSH Standards.
• Ability to draft and execute Emergency Action Plans (EAPs).
• Competence in HIRAC/JSA, permit conditions, regulatory reporting and audit participation.
• Strong technical writing and data‑analytics skills for regulatory interpretation and audit prioritization.
