EHS Project Manager

About the role

Moog is seeking an experienced EHS Project Manager to lead environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives for a new aerospace manufacturing facility in New Clark City. The role combines regulatory liaison, project leadership, and technical oversight across design, construction, and operational phases.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the site’s Pollution Control Officer, managing permits, regulatory reporting, inspections, and audits.
• Lead the environmental strategy to achieve LEED Platinum certification and embed sustainability into facility design and operations.
• Provide EHS oversight for specialized aerospace processes such as anodizing, chemical processing, blasting, and wastewater treatment.
• Manage all environmental, health, safety, and fire permits ensuring compliance with Philippine legislation and corporate standards.
• Establish EHS management systems, governance processes, and reporting mechanisms for start‑up and future growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in environmental compliance or EHS roles within industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine environmental legislation and permitting requirements.
• Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programmes, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

Required skills

• Pollution Control Officer (PCO) accreditation (desired).
• Experience with LEED Platinum certification processes.
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 environmental and occupational health & safety management systems.
• Wastewater treatment system design and operation.
• Hazardous waste and chemical management.
• Conducting HAZID, PHA studies and Management of Change (MoC).
