Project Developer – Offshore Renewable Energy

About the role

Support the end‑to‑end development of ACCIONA Energía’s offshore renewable projects, ensuring timely progress across land acquisition, permitting, technical, environmental and stakeholder milestones while complying with offshore regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Update, monitor and analyse project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate land securement, permitting progress and offshore technical studies with internal teams.
• Manage the full contract cycle from quotation to payments and interface with contractors.
• Oversee offshore survey contractors and ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations.
• Support offshore permits (BFAR, DENR Marine, PCG navigational clearance, DPWH foreshore lease) and CSR/ESG functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Studies, Environmental Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project development, preferably offshore or marine.
• Familiarity with offshore technical studies such as metocean, geotechnical and bathymetry.
• Knowledge of relevant permits and agencies.
• Strong organisational, coordination and management skills.
