Key Account Manager

About the role

Yara International is seeking a senior Key Account Manager to lead sales and growth of fertilizer products in the Philippines. The role focuses on managing key accounts, developing marketing and pricing strategies, and driving commercial success across the agricultural value chain.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate sales activities and achieve targets for Urea, TPP NPK and other commodity products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including trading OPPs, in alignment with the Commercial Manager.
• Design and implement marketing, pricing and commercial plans following regional guidelines.
• Monitor international fertilizer market trends and recommend pricing adjustments to meet margin and volume goals.
• Collaborate with supply chain, nitrogen sourcing and other internal teams to optimise operations and reduce risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of commercial leadership experience in agriculture, fertilizers or commodities.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven revenue growth and profitability track record.
• Deep understanding of Philippine agricultural landscape, market dynamics and regulatory framework.
• Excellent negotiation, key‑account management and stakeholder influence skills.
