Chief Financial Officer – Real Estate Capital Transformation

About the role

The organization, a fast‑growing Southeast Asia‑focused platform, is looking for a seasoned finance executive to steer financial strategy, capital formation, and governance. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will manage core finance functions while driving investment structuring and institutional partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across business segments.
• Oversee treasury, liquidity, and enterprise risk management in multiple markets.
• Establish internal controls, compliance frameworks, and manage audits and consolidation.
• Design and launch investment structures such as funds, credit facilities, and structured products.
• Define and execute long‑term capital strategy, leading fundraising with institutional and private investors.
• Maintain investor relations, handling capital calls, distributions, and performance reporting.
• Develop strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and represent the company in industry forums.
• Build and lead high‑performing finance, capital markets, and partnership teams.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, including CFO‑level experience in high‑growth environments.
• Proven track record in capital raising, fund structuring, and complex financing transactions.
• Deep expertise in financial reporting, treasury, risk management, and multi‑entity operations.
• Experience engaging institutional investors and managing investment lifecycles.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to operate strategically and hands‑on.
• Background in real estate, fintech, or capital markets is preferred.
