About the role
The Branch Manager – Sales will lead the sales function of the Business Center in New Manila, driving growth and ensuring long‑term sustainability. You will develop strategies, monitor market trends, and build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Business Center’s sales plan aligned with Retail Banking Group goals.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor movements, and identify sales opportunities.
- Grow the customer base through internal and external sales initiatives.
- Maintain cordial working relations with clients by ensuring timely servicing of financial needs.
- Improve account profitability and deepen business relationships with existing customers.
Required profile
- Team player passionate about working in a banking environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related discipline.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, management, and financial management.
- Ability to build solid relationships with business units and clients.
