Sales Trainer (Soft Skills) for Electric & Hybrid Vehicles

About the role

ACMobility is seeking a Sales Trainer focused on soft‑skill development for BYD’s dealer network. The role will design, deliver, and certify training programs that boost sales capability for electric and hybrid vehicles across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance strategic and tactical soft‑skill training and certification programs for Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
• Design role‑specific curricula that align with product selling, customer experience standards, and dealer requirements.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly delivery of training sessions, including Sales Process, Online Selling, and FB Boosting.
• Coordinate with dealers to ensure high participation rates and monitor training completion versus targets.
• Drive achievement of certification levels (General, Essential, Expert, Online Selling/FB Boosting) across the network.
• Create, consolidate, and maintain training reports, records, and analysis in DDMS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Background in automotive sales is an advantage.
• Experience in sales training, facilitation, or dealer network development preferred.
• Basic understanding of electric and hybrid vehicle customer selling concepts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple programs.
• Willingness to travel and work closely with dealer networks.
