Fresh Food Business Support Manager

About the role

The Fresh Food Business Support Manager will lead analytical and reporting activities that drive commercial performance for fresh‑food categories. You will act as the central point of contact for Fresh Food MSP go‑live initiatives, train new team members, and partner with regional buyers to ensure data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for Fresh Food MSP implementation and Phase II rollout.
• Train newcomers on MSP tools and processes.
• Support Commercial Fresh Food 1 & 2 on ad‑hoc projects such as crisis impact analysis, buyer performance reviews, and regional DC assessments.
• Develop and maintain standard reports to provide a unified view across all Fresh Food commercial teams.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to improve efficiency and execute commercial FF projects.
• Produce regular analytical reports and respond to ad‑hoc data requests.
• Collaborate with Spaceman and Commercial teams to optimise assortment and space management.
• Assist in category development initiatives, preparing planograms and analyses using space‑planning software and Nielsen/retailer data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales analytics, preferably within fresh‑food.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, forecast trends, and propose actionable solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept through execution and build trusted partnerships across functions.
• Demonstrated team‑leadership and development capabilities.
