Bid Manager

About the role

The Bid Manager is responsible for leading the creation of high‑quality proposal responses for large‑account and enterprise customers. Working closely with sales and operational teams across North America and EMEA, the role ensures that every bid aligns with corporate standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and related documents to capture project goals, customer requirements, and submission guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a detailed proposal project plan, coordinating timelines with sales leads and identifying required team members.
• Gather content from subject‑matter experts (Legal, R&D, Marketing, HR, etc.) and manage version control of all proposal materials.
• Facilitate internal reviews, ensure compliance with corporate directives, and drive the approval process before submission.
• Proofread and copy‑edit proposal content to guarantee clarity, consistency, and professionalism.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and business‑writing skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional, global teams.
• Willingness to work nights and observe weekends as rest days.

Required skills

• Proficiency in copyediting and proofreading.
• Familiarity with proposal management processes and RFP response preparation.
