Senior Account Manager – IT Solutions (Philippines)

About the role

Noventiq Philippines is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join its Sales team. You will work with large enterprises and mid‑market clients, acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships to drive digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing effective account plans for the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their technology footprints and strategic growth plans.
• Lead the full sales cycle for Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, Citrix and Trend Micro solutions, from prospect profiling to closing deals.
• Maintain an accurate rolling pipeline in the CRM system and ensure disciplined pipeline management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deploy the right resources and deliver winning solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of account management or direct sales experience in Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, Citrix or Trend Micro product areas.
• Proven experience in solution‑ and consultative‑selling of IT infrastructure and cloud solutions.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills with a target‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑starter attitude, aggressive pursuit of defined targets, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to develop comprehensive business plans that align with customer priorities.
