Sales Officer – Events & Venue Sales (Cebu)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Sales Officer to help grow our exhibitions and events business in the Philippines. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close sales for events and venue bookings.
• Identify and qualify new business leads within Visayas and Mindanao.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across the target regions.
• Conduct site tours, deliver presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
• Travel throughout Visayas and Mindanao to meet clients and assess venues.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in MICE or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English, Tagalog and Cebuano.
• Target‑driven, proactive and comfortable with regular travel.
• Based in Cebu.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
