Account Manager – Fashion, Luggage & Bags (E‑Commerce)

About the role
The team supports fashion marketplace sellers and brands, guiding them through store setup, performance optimization, and campaign execution. As an Account Manager you will drive merchant growth, acquire new sellers, and ensure an excellent customer experience on the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Handle high‑GMV fashion, luggage and bag brands and large marketplace sellers.
- Build and maintain relationships, negotiate deals and secure campaigns based on seasonality.
- Develop growth strategies, including brand days, campaigns, price competitiveness and livestream events.
- Maintain service quality metrics such as low cancellation and return rates, shipping lead times and conversion rates.
- Act as point‑of‑contact for fashion‑team projects and initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in e‑commerce, platforms or agencies.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, data‑driven and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
