Autonomous Maintenance Lead

About the role

The Autonomous Maintenance Lead will drive the maintenance program for basic equipment care, ensuring optimal availability and performance of production line equipment. This role focuses on embedding a zero‑loss mindset, continuous improvement of autonomous maintenance (AM) processes, and fostering operational excellence across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement AM/5S activities, including defect tagging, CIL, centerlining, visual management, skills development, and preventive maintenance improvements.
• Conduct regular health checks, monitor team compliance with AM and EXiM standards, and document continuous improvements.
• Analyze breakdowns, short stops, and line losses to support strategic planning and improve line performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as LUPIT and Loss Improvement Cycles, and manage corrective action plans for missed AM KPIs.
• Perform historical analysis of production data to identify maintenance impact trends and enhance CILT (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate, Tighten) standards.
• Audit 5S and AM practices to ensure compliance with established standards and promote active management participation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in autonomous maintenance and EXiM processes.
• Experience analyzing equipment breakdowns and implementing corrective actions.
• Ability to lead continuous‑improvement projects and conduct compliance audits.
