About the role

We are seeking an Associate Partner / Principal to lead strategy and transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia, primarily based in the Philippines. The role involves owning senior client relationships, driving revenue generation, and delivering value‑creation programmes within a global strategy firm.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy and transformation projects across Southeast Asia, with a focus on the Philippines.
• Own and nurture senior client relationships, contributing to new business development.
• Deliver and oversee value‑creation programmes for clients.
• Collaborate closely with Partners on regional mandates.

Required profile

• Current Principal / Associate Partner (or equivalent) at a top‑tier strategy firm; managers close to promotion may be considered.
• Demonstrated experience across Southeast Asian markets (essential).
• Philippines exposure is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong commercial track record and proven client ownership.
